Our experience has found many healthcare providers to use 3rd party messaging applications to discuss patient information and clinical details due to the ease of use, however, this may be in breach of health privacy laws and raises security concerns. To rectify this issue, we have incorporated a messaging app with all the features you have already come to love, including a few new features to help improve efficiency.
